Helen Macasaet is the Chairman and Founder of Pentathlon Systems. She has been in the information and communications technology industry for more than four decades – specializing in systems integration management, business re-engineering, digital strategy development, information systems planning, and solutions implementations. She has served as Chief Information Officer to various institutions – including manufacturing companies and one of the largest universal banks in the Philippines, has headed an international consulting firm operating in Asia, and has managed large system integration projects in Australia and in Asia.
Helen is now an ICT consultant to various government institutions and private firms and a regular speaker and lecturer in various conferences and ICT fora. She is a US certified CRM Program Manager and Specialist, a Certified Trainor of the American Management Association, Founding Member of the Women’s Business Council of the Philippines, Co-chair of the ICT Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), President of the Working with Working Mothers (WoW Mothers), and also serves as a board member of several NGOs and charitable foundations.
